Engineering
With a highly qualified technical department, Farme meets all customer requirements in the enclosure manufacturing. Our design department is equipped with sophisticated three-dimensional CAD CREO systems that allow us to meet all kinds of requirements.
Cutting and punching
Sheet metal cutting is carried out in a 1,100 square metre facility dedicated to this operation. This area is equipped with a modern Trumpf numerically controlled plant,which enables us to obtain semi-finished products free of imperfections and with the highest dimensional accuracy.
Welding
You can rely on Farme for tacking and MIG/TIG welding operations. This department assembles products using a team that is always up-to-date and has many years of experience behind it. We also make use of a robotic welding island that allows us to achieve high quality and repeatability in production.
Bending
For bending, which is a particularly delicate operation, we use bending machines with bend angle sensor (Trumpf ACB) and robotic bending machines, so that we can guarantee perfect results even for individual parts.
Painting
Farme makes use of an advanced Wagner robotic paint and phosphating plant with rapid colour change which guarantees a high quality finished product.
Assembly
Our company also takes care of product assembly and delivery; control cabinets in particular, are delivered ready for wiring.
